Important Notice - Bracknell Ice Rink

posted 7 Feb 2018, 22:25 by john slater

Due to a safety concern and in the interests of our spectators, the upstairs seating areas behind the goals through to the “red icing line” will be closed whilst hockey is being played.

Block 1 and Block 5 will be completely closed and partial closure of Block 2 (seats 70-74, rows D–G), Block 4 (seats 164-167, rows D-G,) Block 6 (seats 240-255, rows D,E,F ) and Block 8 (seats 385 -398, rows D,E,F).

These areas may only be used as a thoroughfare whilst play is halted and no seating in the area can be used. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by this and we hope to restore these seating areas as soon as possible.

All ticket holders in this area will need to be re-allocated new seats. In order to exchange your seat please urgently contact Bracknell Ice Rink on 01344 789000, or visit the Box Office before 4pm Sunday 11th February.

We will make every effort to offer you the seat of your choice from the available seats and we appreciate your patience and understanding with this process.

This necessary action has been taken with full support of the Directors of the Bracknell Bees and will remain in effect until further notice.

The Ice Rink management team and staff would like to thank all loyal hockey fans who have superbly supported the Bees and junior teams for over 30 years.
